Join our dedicated team as a Fulfillment Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina, where you will play a key role in our efficient logistics and order processing system. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to getting our products to customers accurately and on time. Your duties will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, receiving and processing inbound goods, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Safety is a top priority in our facility, and all Fulfillment Associates are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize all provided personal protective equipment (PPE). The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long hours, move quickly, and perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary as you collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently for safe shipping.
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and cycle counts.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
