We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is critical to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed with speed and precision. Key responsibilities include utilizing order management systems, locating items within the warehouse, assembling orders, and preparing them for dispatch. Adherence to all Safety policies and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks and involves regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team-oriented logistics environment.
