Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and locate items for customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order details against picked items to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including affixing labels and staging.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking of incoming goods.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all established safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
- Dedication to safety practices and wearing appropriate PPE.
This position is essential for our logistics operations. Safety is our highest priority, and all employees must diligently follow safety procedures and wear the necessary PPE at all times. Training on safe lifting and warehouse operations will be provided.
