We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a vital role within our Logistics operation, responsible for the efficient handling and processing of goods. If you are hardworking, reliable, and enjoy a physically active role, this position is for you. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Stocking and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Operating manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures, and properly using all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Assisting with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Contributing to overall team productivity and warehouse efficiency.
- Performing other general warehouse duties as assigned.
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout your shift. Successful candidates must be comfortable with frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we welcome eager learners. Join us and contribute to our seamless supply chain.
