…the site keeps the user positioned at the homepage hero, and the actual results appear far below the fold. Users must scroll down to see products.
This is hurting usability and conversions. Ensure search submit properly navigates to /search?q=term
Stop any AJAX/predictive behavior that injects results below the hero
Ensure product and collection clicks load at the top of the page
Preserve the existing homepage hero (do NOT remove it)
Maintain current theme styling and layout
This should be a quick fix for someone experienced with Shopify themes and Fuel/Vision.
After the fix, I would like a brief homepage conversion review with actionable recommendations to improve:
Above-the-fold clarity
Mobile experience
CTA placement
Trust signals
Conversion flow
