Description:
I am building a clothing brand called Buba Kaddy targeting Gambians in Europe and Gambia.
I need an experienced performance marketer who can:
• Set up and optimize TikTok Ads
• Set up and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads
• Help with influencer strategy
• Improve website conversion rate
• Test creatives and reduce ad costs
Requirements:
• Experience with clothing/fashion brands
• Ability to show real results (ROAS, CPM, CPA)
• Understanding of African/Gambian market is a plus
• Clear weekly reporting
Budget:
Project-based for 1 month (test phase).
