Job Description:
I'm looking for an experienced performance marketing specialist to analyze and manage my existing Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts for an e-commerce brand in the art & home decor niche (posters and decorative items).
The website is built on Shopify and campaigns are already running. I need someone who can audit the current ad structure, identify growth opportunities, improve ROAS, optimize audiences and creatives, and build a clear scaling strategy. This is not just about running ads – I'm looking for someone who understands full-funnel performance and long-term growth.
It is also important to review and optimize the technical setup. You will need to check Meta Pixel implementation, audit or set up Conversion API, verify Google Ads tracking and GA4 integration, and make sure all events are correctly configured and firing properly within Shopify.
Markets are primarily in the EU.
Please include relevant Shopify e-commerce case studies, your experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API, your experience with Google Ads and GA4, and a short explanation of your approach to auditing and scaling accounts.
Long-term collaboration is possible for the right specialist.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 10 hours per week.
