The Opportunity

Euna Solutions is guiding clients from legacy procurement platforms such as IonWave and DemandStar toward our flagship procurement solution. This transition spans systems, contracts, integrations, and long-standing client relationships.

We're hiring a Legacy Program Manager, Procurement to own operational continuity and risk management for our legacy procurement portfolio during this evolution. Your mandate is clear: protect the client experience, bring structure to cross-functional operations, and ensure migrations happen with discipline—not disruption.

If you're energized by complex portfolios, enterprise clients, and multi-team coordination, this role puts you at the center of meaningful change.

The Role

As the Legacy Program Manager, Procurement, you serve as the operational steward and risk owner for Euna's legacy procurement product lines. You'll sit within Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) and extend the governance model successfully built in Grants to the Procurement portfolio.

You'll connect Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Migration teams into a clear operating rhythm. You'll ensure visibility, accountability, and structured decision-making as clients move through the migration lifecycle.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Program Stewardship & Governance

  • Own oversight of client health, system performance, incident management, and contractual obligations across legacy procurement lines
  • Establish and lead recurring governance reviews focused on risk, backlog visibility, and migration readiness
  • Maintain living documentation: risk registers, dependency maps, and investment tracking aligned to client impact
  • Ensure operational decisions reflect data, client dependency, and migration stage

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Align Product, Support Services, and Customer Success around operational priorities and status visibility
  • Partner with the assigned Product Owner to prioritize fixes and manage backlog dependencies
  • Collaborate with Migration Specialists to track readiness, sequencing, and risk mitigation
  • Serve as ECP's liaison to Product and Engineering for escalations and decommissioning planning

Client Experience & Communication

  • Oversee communications tied to legacy procurement lifecycle changes, roadmap positioning, and migration milestones
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure proactive and transparent client updates
  • Manage structured escalation processes to drive timely issue resolution
  • Support client education and enablement materials that reinforce confidence throughout migration

Risk Ownership & Reporting

  • Maintain a live risk register across technical, operational, and client-specific domains
  • Deliver recurring dashboards and executive reporting on platform performance and migration velocity
  • Provide structured risk analysis and recommendations to leadership
  • Represent ECP in audits, reviews, or client inquiries tied to business continuity or compliance

The Ideal Candidate

You know how to run programs that don't fit neatly in a box. You can manage legacy systems without letting them drift. You build structure where none exists—and you keep teams aligned without relying on authority alone.

You're comfortable in a matrixed environment. You speak the language of Product and Engineering, but you also understand what enterprise public-sector clients expect: clarity, reliability, and follow-through.

You think ahead. You don't just solve today's issue—you anticipate next quarter's risk.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS program management, enterprise operations, or customer success
  • Demonstrated success managing complex programs or migrations involving legacy systems
  • Experience working with public sector procurement environments or large-scale government implementations
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycles, operational risk management, and enterprise client engagement

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting procurement or sourcing platforms in the public sector
  • Familiarity with Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire), IonWave, or comparable solutions
  • Experience designing governance frameworks and cross-functional reporting models
