Russell Hendrix is looking for a Showroom Sales Representative to join our sales team in Edmonton. You'll be an integral part of the team's success, supporting the showroom operations. This position requires a drive to deliver on goals, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail. This is an ideal position for an individual with food service experience and is looking to find solutions for customers in a dynamic sales environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service, in person and over the phone.
- Communicate with various levels of external customers, with the objective of increasing in-branch sales and promoting new product sales.
- Sourcing products and maintaining satisfactory inventory levels.
- Un-pack, price, and merchandise products in the showroom.
- Promote in-store demonstrations and events.
- Participate in product knowledge sessions and stay up to date with product and industry information.
- Perform order entry, handle cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Contribute to a healthy and safe workplace.
- Other tasks, as assigned.
Where You'll Work:
This role is based in our Edmonton showroom.
Your Experience:
- You have at least 2 years of front and/or back of the house experience.
- You have customer experience, and are comfortable problem-solving with customers looking to find solutions.
- You have experience with administrative tasks, such as invoicing, inventory, and filing.
What You Bring:
- You are tech savvy and proficient with common programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You are highly collaborative and team oriented.
- You are naturally organized and have a high attention to detail.
- You have an ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
- You have a passion to learn and contribute.
- You work well with independently but know when to ask for help and keep the team informed.
- You are comfortable with giving and receiving feedback.
