The CBP Field Operations Academy offers comprehensive training in law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. This 101-day program equips officers with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.

Enforcing customs regulations involves detaining suspected violators and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with laws related to importing/exporting goods into/from the US.
