Job Description:

We are seeking individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and strong work ethic. As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations
• Facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel
• Conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances
• Determining the admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States
• Preventing illegal activities such as smuggling contraband or prohibited goods

A typical day in this role may involve interacting with diverse groups of people from various backgrounds.
The specific duties can vary depending on your assignment but generally include working at airports,
harbors,
or other ports where international travelers arrive or depart by land sea air.
