Job Type: Full-Time, Part-time or PRN - 3rd Shift

What You’ll Do As an LPN, you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
  • Administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
  • Maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation.
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for compassionate nurses who feel called to care for the elderly. Our nurses take pride in providing a wonderful home for our seniors and working together as a team to make that happen. We’re looking for nurses with:
  • A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License.
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential.
  • 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
    • Licensed as an LPN but no experience? We can help you gain experience and build a great professional foundation.
  • Exceptional character – someone who will always do what’s right, with a reliable work-ethic.
