We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the day-to-day operation and configuration of our learning platform. This role focuses on reliable execution, system stability, and high-quality support, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives under the direction of Learning Technology Leadership.
The LMS Administrator works closely with internal partners to implement platform updates, support users, monitor system performance, and maintain well-documented, scalable LMS configurations that align with established standards and organizational needs.

Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & Execution
Support the configuration and maintenance of LMS branding and visual presentation, including look and feel updates using CSS, in alignment with established standards and accessibility guidelines.
Build, update, and maintain custom HTML content widgets and email templates to support operational workflows, learner communications, and automated notifications.
Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of platform navigation, including custom menus and role-based experiences, to ensure consistency and usability.
Create, configure, and organize LMS pages, managing layouts, content placement, and structure to support clarity, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure platform pages are clear, accessible, and operationally sustainable.
User Administration & Support
Assist in administering user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS, ensuring access aligns with defined policies and organizational requirements.
Provide day-to-day user support, training, and documentation to enable effective platform usage across user groups.
Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and escalate complex or systemic concerns to Learning Technology Leadership as appropriate.
Content & Delivery Operations
Manage the operational lifecycle of learning content, including course publishing, archiving, enrollment management, progress tracking, and course property configuration.
Support the creation and maintenance of learning paths and catalogs to ensure consistent delivery and reporting.
Create and manage event-based and dynamic-content notification workflows to support timely and reliable system communications.
System Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Monitor system performance and usage, identifying operational issues, risks, or inefficiencies and escalating findings with supporting data as needed.
Generate standard and custom LMS reports; analyze data trends; and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, operational procedures, and platform guidelines.
Provide implementation support and input related to LMS configuration options, scalability considerations, and known system limitations.
Identify process and quality improvement opportunities, document findings, and contribute recommendations for review and prioritization.
Assist with troubleshooting efforts and serve as a support escalation point when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent level of professional experience.
Experience working as an LMS Administrator or in a comparable role supporting enterprise-level learning platforms within an established operational framework.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and operational best practices to support platform stability and performance.
Ability to learn new technical skills and tools quickly.
Experience configuring and customizing LMS platforms; preference for Absorb or Docebo.
Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations with external systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams while delivering responsive, high-quality support.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience working with Absorb or Docebo
LMS-related certifications
