You're an Account Manager, Data & AI.

Location: Toronto - Hybrid

We're looking for an Account Manager, Data & AI to help lead the implementation of AI-enabled workflows across our business. You will focus on turning insight into impact — identifying high-value opportunities for AI enablement and driving implementation across teams. This is an operational role. You will work across functions to redesign processes, embed AI tools, and ensure adoption delivers measurable results. 

What You'll Do 

• Support workflow and process audits. 
• Translate workflow audit findings into clear, actionable implementation plans 
• Identify and prioritize AI-enabled improvements across business units 
• Redesign operational workflows with automation and AI at the core 
• Partner with data, technology, and business leaders to deploy solutions 
• Support rollout planning, change management, and adoption tracking 
• Establish best practices and playbooks for AI enablement 
• Measure performance, ROI, and efficiency gains post-implementation 

What We're Looking For 

• 4+ years of experience in operations, IT, consulting, transformation, or account management roles 
• Ability to synthesize diverse data inputs (e.g., meeting notes, summaries, and contextual information) into clear, actionable insights
• Demonstrated success auditing and improving business workflows or processes 
• Practical experience implementing AI, automation, or data-driven solutions 
• Strong understanding of AI tools (LLMs, agents, workflow automation platforms) and their real-world applications 
• Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels 
• Highly execution-oriented with strong project management discipline 
• Clear communicator who can simplify complexity

• Efficiency, speed, and output quality improve in tangible ways 

Nice to Have  

• Experience with Agentic AI and knowledge of AI governance, privacy compliance, and usability best practices

The Canada base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
