I need a specialist to set up Google Workspace for my Shopify store and decommission my current Microsoft Outlook setup. My domain is hosted at GoHosting, so all records must be managed via the cPanel Zone Editor.
Scope of Work:
1. MX Records: Configure the new single Google MX record ) and remove all legacy Microsoft MX records.
2. Unified SPF: Update the existing TXT record to authorize Google and Shopify (e.g., v=spf1 ~all). This must remain compatible with the existing Klaviyo setup.
3. DKIM: Generate a 1024-bit DKIM key in Google Admin and add it to cPanel.
4. DMARC: Implement a p=none monitoring policy.
5. Email Routing: Switch the cPanel "Email Routing" setting to "Remote Mail Exchanger."
6. Shopify Authentication: Add the required CNAMEs from Shopify Admin Notifications to authenticate the sender domain.
7. Legacy Cleanup (Post-Verification): Once Google Workspace is verified, remove all remaining Microsoft DNS records (including autodiscover and old SPF/CNAME fragments).
8. Verification: Ensure all critical warnings are cleared in the Google Admin Toolbox.
I have attached a milestone list. Payment will be released in 2 milestones.
