The #1 skill the candidate should have is the ability to recognize valuable moments, that is moments that can be valuable for the audience and/or go viral.
Editing Style:
1. Tight cuts (remove pauses, tangents, filler words)
2. Clean subtitles (no huge emojis, no over-styling)
3. Occasional B-roll when it helps understanding (ideally no stock B-rolls, some B-rolls will be provided as well)
4. Simple on-screen text callouts when needed (minimal)
5. Audio: remove noise when needed + add music to retain attention.
At least one revision round must be available upon request.
In the future, additional edits for long form videos might be requested too.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing
Optional skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
