Our current website is built on WordPress using the Divi Theme Builder, and we operate in the financial services/wealth management industry. This role combines hands-on website development with expert-led training, ensuring our team gains the skills and confidence to continue developing and managing websites using AI-driven tools.
The ideal candidate will work closely with us throughout the build process, explain best practices, recommend the right AI software, and teach us practical, easy-to-follow methods that even non-technical users can apply independently.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with our team to design and develop our website using AI-assisted tools
Teach us how to use AI to build, edit, and manage websites, step by step
Advice on the best AI website design software, focusing on:
Ease of use
Suitability for non-technical users
Long-term practicality and scalability
Integrate AI tools into our existing WordPress + Divi workflow
Demonstrate AI-driven approaches for:
Website layout and page design
Content and copy generation
UX/UI improvements
Design consistency and efficiency
Help us establish repeatable processes so we can confidently build future websites ourselves
Provide ongoing support after the website is developed, including:
Troubleshooting
Best-practice guidance
Continued advice as AI tools evolve
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in web design and website development
Proven experience with WordPress, specifically Divi Theme Builder
Hands-on experience using AI tools for website design and development
Experience developing websites for financial services or wealth management firms
Ability to teach, explain, and transfer knowledge clearly
Comfortable working with and training non-technical users
Strong communication and collaborative working style
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
