We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Poster to publish 2 posts per day (Morning + Afternoon) across:
TikTok
This is a long-term position for someone who understands social media psychology, short-form content, and AI-powered creative production.
Core Responsibilities
Create and post 2 high-quality pieces of content daily
Mix of:
Static images
Short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
Carousel posts
Write engaging captions optimized for reach & engagement
Use AI tools to generate visuals and copy
Schedule posts using approved scheduler
Maintain brand consistency (tone, color, positioning)
Repurpose winning ad creatives into organic posts
Report weekly on growth metrics
Required Skills
Experience posting consistently for brands
Strong understanding of:
Instagram Reels
TikTok short-form content
Facebook organic growth
Skilled in AI tools such as:
ChatGPT
Nano Banana / Midjourney
CapCut / Veo / Sora (or similar)
Basic understanding of hooks, angles & storytelling
Ability to work independently & meet daily deadlines
Posting Structure
1x Morning Post (Value / Authority / Education / Lifestyle)
1x Afternoon Post (Engagement / Social Proof / Entertaining / UGC-style)
All posts will be pre-approved via content calendar.
This Role is For Someone Who:
Thinks like a content strategist, not just a poster
Understands what makes content go viral
Can create fast, clean, premium-looking creatives
Is comfortable working in an AI-powered workflow
