What you'll be editing:
30–90 second ad videos and organic clips
Talking-head / UGC style footage
Product showcase content
Occasional lifestyle and b-roll footage
What we need from you:
*Proficient in CapCut (primary tool) — experience with Premiere or DaVinci is a plus
*Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and what makes short-form content actually perform
*Animated captions / subtitles (stylized, not just auto-generated)
*Color grading and basic color correction
*Transitions, text overlays, sound design, and music sync
*Ability to follow a brand style guide and stay consistent across videos
*Fast turnaround — most videos need to be done within 24–48 hours of receiving footage
You're a great fit if you:
*Have a portfolio of short-form ads or social content (please include links — no portfolio, no consideration)
*Consume TikTok and Reels and genuinely understand what performs
*Communicate clearly and proactively — no ghosting, no radio silence
*Can take direction well and incorporate feedback without needing things repeated
*Are reliable and looking for ongoing, long-term work
Volume: Approximately 10–20 videos per month to start, with room to grow.
