The app allows buyers to request an agent instantly while touring homes, and agents receive real-time showing requests.
We are seeking an experienced developer familiar with FlutterFlow, Bubble, or similar platforms to build an MVP for pilot launch.
Core Features:
• User registration (buyers & agents)
• Property search integration (IDX or placeholder data for MVP)
• Request an agent (real-time notification)
• Agent accepts showing request
• Ratings & reviews after showing
• Subscription setup ($199/month)
• Referral tracking (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
Nice to Have:
• Push notifications
• GPS/location matching
• Admin dashboard
Requirements:
• Proven experience building mobile apps
• Ability to show previous app work
• Clear communication & weekly progress demos
• Must ensure client ownership of code & accounts
We plan to launch a pilot in Atlanta and scale nationally.
