Success Systems, a leading provider of cloud-based applications for the convenience and petroleum retail industry, is seeking a talented Full Stack developer to join our innovative team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the software development process, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
This is a long-term/permanent full time hiring. (40 hours per week)

(Be advised: This position is based out of the EST time zone, therefore communications with our in-house technical team will be from 9:00am to 6:00PM EST/EDT)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using -C#-, -.NET-, -VB-, and -SQL- technologies. The right candidate will be very fluent in .NET 4.8 and the correlating VB.
- Drive the development process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Implement best practices in software development methodologies such as -Agile- to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Oversee version control systems like -SVN- and -GIT- to manage code repositories effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the software development lifecycle from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations throughout the development process.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Grow with new products and feature sets as they are brought online.
• Design, Develop and implement new software features, web pages, APIs, and backend modules.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
• Develop unit tests and maintain source control using Git, Source Control or Team Foundation.
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
• Ensure processes are followed at all stages of Software Development Life Cycle. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues, working as part of an agile/scrum teams.
• Work as part of a team of developers, QA, support staff, and engineers in a highly collaborative fashion.
• Translate high level UML/Use Case into objects and structures;
• Participate in scrum meetings and project review meetings
• Help translate customer needs into business value
• Create Unit Tests
Job Requirements (including Education):
• 5+ years in -NET Framework 4.8 and its correlating VB
• 6+ years -demonstrated experience in software development in Microsoft .NET, C#/VB.NET, .NET MVC WebForms, and using and creating web-based APIs
• Knowledge of .net net core 2-8
• 3+ year - Demonstrated experience with source control management using Git or Other Source Control.
• 4+ years - Database MS SQL Server Skilled at writing T-SQL & Stored Procedures
• Experience working on agile development teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment, preferably Scrum.
• 5+ years JQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• 2+ years Xamarin Forms
• 3+ years MAUI
• Knowledge of Software Orient architecture
• Knowledge of different design patterns and architectures
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: API, JavaScript, Python, Java, API Integration
