If you're a performance marketer who codes, or a data analyst with deep ad platform experience, keep reading.
Required skills & experience
Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scipy/statsmodels; Jupyter notebooks; reproducible scripts).
Solid background in statistical analysis and experimental design (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical power).
Experience working with Meta Ads (Ads Manager exports, familiarity with ad, ad set, campaign-level metrics, Conversions API is a plus).
Familiarity with Google Ads / Google Analytics (GA4) and merging ad + web analytics data.
Data visualization skills — ability to produce clear, insightful charts and dashboards.
Experience with ecommerce metrics (ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention cohorts) and attribution concepts.
Strong communication: deliver clear written reports and pragmatic recommendations.
Nice-to-have / preferred
Previously worked as a performance marketer, marketing analyst, or growth/data scientist for ecommerce.
Experience with SQL / BigQuery or other data warehouses.
Dashboarding in Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
Deliverables
At the end of the engagement we expect:
Cleaned, documented dataset(s) and code (Jupyter notebook or Python scripts) that reproduce analyses.
A concise slide deck summarizing: key findings, statistical evidence, business impact estimates, prioritized action plan (top 3–5 tests / changes).
Note- This will be maximum 2/3 hours of work for an experienced person.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
