Pay
$6/hour
$7/hour after 90 days based on performance
Responsibilities
* File and organize faxes
* Locate, label, and organize missing payment documents
* Perform insurance benefit verification calls
* Make professional outbound calls to insurance companies
* Maintain Excel trackers
* Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
* Strong English speaking skills
* Proficient in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
* High attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and work independently
* Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
