This is not a "set it and forget it" management role.
This is not a beginner-level setup. The account already has data and history. I am looking for strategic refinement and performance improvement, not basic campaign creation.
I want someone who can:
• Audit my campaigns in real time
• Explain what they are doing and why
• Teach me how to structure campaigns properly
• Help clean up keywords and match types
• Fix conversion tracking if needed
• Optimize for cost per conversion
• Help structure campaigns by city
• Build proper negative keyword strategy
• Review bidding strategy
• Improve Quality Score
• Walk through reports and data interpretation
• Teach me how to make optimization decisions myself
This may turn into ongoing monthly management, but initially I want live working sessions.
Must have:
• 5+ years Google Ads experience
• Experience with service-based local businesses
• Strong understanding of search campaigns
• Experience lowering cost per conversion
• Ability to explain strategy clearly
• Comfortable with screen share working sessions
*Strong understanding of search intent segmentation, match type strategy, and bidding transitions required.
