Join e4c and make a meaningful difference in people's lives In the Financial Management HUB (FM HUB) program, you'll work directly with participants, supporting them to overcome financial challenges, build confidence, and achieve greater stability. This role is about relationship-building, guidance, and empowerment. You will help people take control of their financial lives while navigating the everyday barriers that impact their wellbeing.

As a Financial Administrator, you'll provide personalized coaching and support, helping participants manage budgets, pay bills, build savings, and access community resources. You'll work closely with a compassionate team and community partners to ensure each participant receives holistic, person-centered support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one financial coaching and guidance to participants.
  • Assist participants in setting budgets, tracking expenses, and achieving savings goals.
  • Support access to benefits, tax services, and financial literacy resources.
  • Manage in-trust accounts, bill payments, and financial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate client records, financial plans, and progress tracking.
  • Conduct financial assessments during intake to identify client strengths, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop and monitor personalized financial action plans, adjusting as needed.
  • Assist clients with estate account management, including managing funds for participants who have passed away.
  • Guide participants and families in creating and managing holographic wills.
  • Facilitate connections to community resources and partners to ensure holistic support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to review budgets, savings progress, and personal financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve program delivery and client outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and professional development initiatives.
  • What you bring to the team:

  • Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in financial administration, coaching, or related work.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, debt management, and financial literacy.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including those facing financial or housing instability.
  • Commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented practices.
  • Comfort with Excel, MS Office, and financial software.
