Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Document Support
- Input, update, maintain, and track various information in internal systems.
- Prepare, proofread, and organize reports, letters, and related documents.
- Assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, spreadsheets, reports, and other reference materials.
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve files and filing systems.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Process and maintain regulatory documentation for planned and completed work to meet audit requirements.
- Process event and work reports into required databases and prepare statistical data as needed.
Operational & Team Support
- Document meeting minutes and track action item completion.
- Assist in researching and maintaining procedures, standards, work orders, preventative maintenance documents, regulations, and reports.
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of training, licensing, appointments, conferences, and meetings for staff.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with the public, agencies, suppliers, contractors, and staff to achieve positive results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2‑year College Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of related work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and team‑oriented skills.
- Highly organized with strong Office Administration abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
