As a Project Administrator (Co-op) at , you will support the day-to-day operations of the Project Management function while gaining hands-on experience working on real internal projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to help track timelines, maintain documentation, and support project execution.
This role is designed for a student who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in developing foundational skills in project management, coordination, and business operations.

In this role, you willSupporting administrative tasks and processes to help with day-to-day project management activities
Assisting the Project Management team in keeping tasks organized and timelines on track
Supporting to maintain and update project documentation to ensure information is accurate and current
Supporting the coordination of project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes
Supporting the execution of internal projects by tracking deliverables and following up on action items
Collaborating with team members to gather task updates and ensure alignment with timelines
Performing administrative support tasks such as data entry, document organization, and file management
Working with cross-functional teams to help track dependencies and support project alignment
Keeping the information in project and contract management tools up to date and organized
Updating project plans, trackers, and milestones
Preparing weekly project status updates for review by the Project Manager
A student pursuing a course which is related to project management, information management
Familiarity to project management, scheduling concepts is an asset
Familiarity with common productivity or project tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task boards, or any project management software)
Familiarity with at least one project management or productivity tool (e.g., , Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project) is an asset

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills for sharing updates and asking for clarification when needed
High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and ask the right questions
Adaptable and open to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
