• Detect suspicious activity and inspect documents to determine citizenship or violations of immigration laws
• Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near the borders using surveillance techniques
• Pursue individuals who attempt to cross the border illegally, utilizing expertise in tracking skills and physical evidence interpretation
