Educational Requirements:

Candidates must have either one year specialized experience or possess education that includes coursework from academic studies at graduate level which covers law enforcement skills such as detaining suspected violators using proper methods,
escainging international shipping regulation for entry into US etc.

Besides possessing relevant qualifications for job requirements for different assignments chosen candidates should successfully pass CBP Field Operations Academy training program conducted by Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC).
