Frontline Security Specialist

The Border Patrol Agents serve as the first line of defense in a multifaceted strategy to combat transnational crime and prevent illegal entry into the United States.

• Detect, question, detain or apprehend individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.
• Prevent and intercept aliens smuggling contraband at or near U.S. borders.

Candidates must have prior law enforcement experience with state or local agencies which could be obtained while serving as military police officers. They can leverage their specialized skills in intelligence gathering and surveillance for effective border patrol operations.
