Border Protection Specialist
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in law enforcement? As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting the United States from threats both foreign and domestic. You will be part of an elite team of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to safeguarding our nation's borders.
As a Border Protection Specialist, your responsibilities will include enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations. You will work closely with other agencies to identify and prevent smuggling operations, while also facilitating legitimate trade and travel. Your duties may include:
  • Conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances.
  • Determining the admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States.
You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three (3) out of five years prior to applying for this position.
