We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the position of Customs and Border Protection Officer. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing customs laws and regulations, conducting inspections of people, documents, and goods, as well as making determinations in compliance with laws and regulations that may lead to arrests or fines.
Required Skills
- You must have one year of specialized full-time work experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
- The following qualifications also qualify: A bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement based on class standing,
grade-point average (3.0 or higher), or honor society membership; OR one full year of graduate-level education;
a combination of specialized work experience equivalent to the next lower grade level AND graduate level education from an accredited college or university;

(GS-5/7). You will receive comprehensive training at our Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco,
Ga., where you'll learn basic law enforcement skills alongside immigration laws firearms training etc..
