This role entails safeguarding our borders, detecting and preventing immigration offenses by inspecting documents, possessions and determining citizenship. Key duties include:

• Protecting the American people through border surveillance utilizing infrared scopes for night operations.
• Focusing on prevention of illegal entries by tracking signs and other evidence near the border.

• Inspect documentation to determine legitimate entry into the country.


• Maintain awareness of potential security threats along the border.
