The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking highly skilled individuals to fill the position of Border Patrol Agent. As a member of this elite team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our nation's borders and enforcing immigration laws.


About This Role

  • This is an entry-level position that requires applicants to have either one year of general work experience or a bachelor’s degree with superior academic achievement.

  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens, have had primary residency in the United States for at least three years out of the past five years, and not exceed 40 years old as per Public Law 100-238.

  • Candidates with prior law enforcement experience may qualify for higher grade levels within this announcement.

  • Males born after December 31st, 1959 must register with Selective Service System before applying for employment with Federal Government Agencies.​
