PeopleShare is hiring an Entry to Associate-Level Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative for a growing company in Virginia Beach. This role blends customer support, inside sales, and account coordination. Answer customer calls/emails and provide product, pricing, and order information Process orders, returns, exchanges, and quotes Upsell and recommend products based on customer needs Manage assigned customer accounts Track orders and communicate delays or issues Generate reports and maintain accurate CRM records Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment What We're Looking For
