The Role
We are looking for an AI Software Developer to build new AI agents from scratch and continuously expand and improve our AI offering.
You will work hands-on across the full lifecycle of AI agents, from ingestion and logic design through to deployment and iteration, collaborating closely with senior AI leadership to ship production-ready systems used in real-world performance environments.

Build new AI agents from scratch and continuously expand and improve our AI offering
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement new AI agents for multiple use cases (injury, match, onboarding, scraping, etc.)
Develop AI agents end-to-end, from data ingestion to deployment
Propose alternative approaches, models, and workflows to improve outcomes
Work closely with the Senior AI Software Developer on architecture and strategy
Iterate on agent behavior and performance based on real-world usage
Maintain and enhance existing agents as requirements evolve
Core Technical and Code Competencies
Hands-on experience building AI-powered features or applications
Strong experience with and Python
Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Cosmos DB
Experience building and consuming APIs
Familiarity with Angular or React
Microsoft Azure experience (required)
Google Cloud experience desirable
Sports and Startup Context
Interest in sports technology, data, or performance analytics
Enthusiasm for experimentation and rapid iteration
Comfortable learning new tools and approaches in a startup environment
Contract Details
Employment Type: T4 contract
Term: 7 months
Extension: Strong intent to convert to full-time for the right candidate
Start: March 16th, 2026
Salary Range: $8-10k/monthly
