Maggas Medical Inc. is a leading provider of sleep and respiratory care services, offering patients high-quality products and compassionate care. We are looking for a dedicated Resupply Coordinator to join our team and help manage patient resupplies, while also assisting with administrative tasks such as ADP submissions and insurance claims.
Role Description
As the Resupply Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing patient resupply communications, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our clinic teams to ensure our patients receive the best possible care and resupply services. The position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage resupply requests and outreach, including contacting eligible patients via phone and email.
Educate patients on their resupply eligibility and coordinate order fulfillment and delivery.
Prepare and send cost estimates for both insurance-covered and private pay patients.
Submit and manage insurance claims to third-party providers such as ODSP, OWP, and Green Shield Canada (GSC).
Coordinate the delivery process, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate distribution of supplies.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records and tracking data using digital platforms and CRM systems.
Send and receive documentation as required for insurance and program approvals.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and resupply conversion metrics.
Conduct follow-ups with patients who were not initially reached to support program engagement.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical supply environment preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing invoices and financial data.
Strong office administration experience, including scheduling, filing, and digital records management.
Experience working in teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking patient interactions and managing data.
Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up.
Proven sales experience, particularly in roles involving product education and customer engagement.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls to customers for resupply outreach, renewals, or service reminders.
Demonstrated ability to convert calls into completed sales or actions, with a customer-first approach.
Enjoys building rapport with clients and motivated by meeting sales or outreach targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
