This is a true end-to-end build. We want a team led by a strong project manager who can operate at a CTO level, make smart technical decisions, and move quickly by leveraging AI workflows and proven off-the-shelf solutions wherever possible.
Design quality and ease of use are critical. UX/UI will be the primary differentiator.
Scope of Work
You will deliver:
Cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android – Flutter or React Native)
Caregiver web dashboard
Admin portal with role-based permissions
Integration with white-label GPS hardware (AngelSense-type or Traccar-compatible devices)
E-commerce storefront (hardware + subscriptions)
Backend APIs and middleware
Scalable cloud hosting
Referral/affiliate system (monthly subscription discounts per active referral)
App Store & Google Play submissions
12 months of post-launch maintenance
Core Feature Set
The platform should match or exceed current market standards, including:
Live GPS tracking
Geofencing with instant alerts
SOS button support
Two-way calling/voice monitoring
Location history & timeline
Multi-caregiver access
Push/SMS alerts
Device battery monitoring
Auto-answer speakerphone
Admin controls for users, devices, alerts, and permissions
