I'm looking for someone who actually knows how to run Meta ads and generate real leads — not just clicks.
My company helps business owners remove damaging Google reviews. Clients do NOT pay unless the review is successfully removed.
We're targeting business owners (attorneys, contractors, medical offices, service businesses, etc.) who have negative reviews hurting their reputation.
I need someone to build this campaign from scratch and optimize it properly.
What you'll be responsible for:
Setting up the full Facebook & Instagram campaign
Targeting the right audience (business owners / decision makers)
Writing strong ad copy that actually converts
Helping guide creative direction (I can provide branding assets)
Setting up lead forms or integrating with a landing page
Installing and configuring the Meta Pixel correctly
Testing audiences, creatives, and angles
Lowering cost per lead over time
Providing clear weekly performance updates
I'm not interested in vanity metrics. I care about:
Cost per lead
Lead quality
Conversion rate to booked calls
If leads aren't qualified, the campaign isn't working.
Who I'm looking for:
You've run successful lead gen campaigns on Meta before
B2B experience is a big plus
You understand how to work within Meta's policies (this niche can be sensitive)
You can show proof of results
You're proactive and don't need hand-holding
Compensation:
Open to:
Monthly retainer + performance bonus
Or performance-based if it makes sense
When you apply, include:
Examples of campaigns you've run
Average CPL you've achieved
How you would target business owners for this type of service
What you would test first
If this works, I'm looking for someone long-term.
