We currently have two developers who have been with us for 8+ years. We are not looking for short-term freelancers — we are looking for someone who wants consistent, ongoing work and long-term partnership.
Required Skills:
-Strong WordPress experience (themes, plugins, WooCommerce)
-Wix website editing & design
-Shopify store setup & product configuration
-Landing page creation
-Website speed optimization
-Mobile responsiveness fixes
-Bug troubleshooting
-Basic SEO setup
Work Includes:
-Editing existing client websites quickly
-Adding products and configuring Shopify/WooCommerce
-Wix design adjustments
-Building landing pages
-Ongoing maintenance updates
-Occasional full website builds
We manage multiple client accounts monthly, so work is consistent.
Ideal Candidate:
-Fast turnaround time
-Available during business hours
-Communicates clearly
-Does NOT disappear mid-project
-Wants long-term stability
-Comfortable with ongoing workload
Compensation:
-Project-based or monthly salary (based on experience)
-Performance-based increases
