Job Description:
ZED is looking for a Meta Ads Expert who doesn't just "run ads" but manages ROI. We specialize in high-ticket home services (Remodeling, Landscaping, Real Estate) in the US market, and we need a partner who can handle large budgets and deliver high-intent leads.
What we are looking for:
Proven US Experience: Deep understanding of the US consumer mindset and local lead generation.
Data-Obsessed: You live in the Ads Manager. You analyze metrics daily and make data-backed decisions.
Scale Specialist: Experience managing and scaling significant monthly budgets without losing efficiency.
Proactive Strategy: You don't wait for instructions. You suggest new creative angles, offer diverse funnel options, and stay ahead of the curve.
Availability: High availability during US hours for team updates and urgent changes.
Accountability: We need a "Set and Monitor" professional, not a "Set and Forget" one.
Vibe: Someone who is fun to work with, responsible, and professional.
Requirements:
Case studies and proven results in the Home Services/High-Ticket niche.
Strong communication skills and transparency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: meta ads, Google Ads, Pay Per Click Advertising, Search Engine Marketing, PPC Campaign Setup & Management
