We are seeking an experienced .NET developer to complete a partially implemented doctor-facing patient monitoring web application.
The system is built using .NET 8 Blazor Web App and already includes a basic UI layout and chart visualizations using mock data. We now need to connect it to real backend APIs and implement the remaining core functionality.
Current State
The application currently includes:
Basic dashboard layout
Patient detail page
plots showing mock blood glucose and blood pressure data
Working navigation and routing structure
Azure hosting environment ready
Backend API already implemented (separate project)
Scope of Work (MVP Completion)
The selected developer will:
Implement Doctor Authentication
Login page
Logout functionality
Secure session handling (JWT or cookie-based auth)
Restrict access to authorized users only
Connect Frontend to Existing API
Replace mock data with real API calls
Fetch patients assigned to logged-in doctor
Fetch patient health logs (glucose & blood pressure)
Proper error handling and empty-state handling
Patient List Page
Display list of assigned patients
Implement search functionality by name
Click-to-view patient details
Patient Details Page Enhancements
Display interactive charts using real data
Implement time range filters:
7 days
30 days
3 months
6 months
1 year
Ensure charts update dynamically when filter changes
Clean UX & Stability
Responsive layout
Basic validation and error handling
Production-ready structure
Technical Stack
.NET 8 Blazor Web App

Existing REST API backend
Azure hosting environment
Experience with Blazor Server / InteractiveServer rendering model is required.

Timeline
We expect this MVP to be completed within 1–3 weeks depending on availability
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: .NET Framework, API Integration, API, C#, Microsoft Azure
Optional skills: MySQL
