We are an emerging workwear-inspired apparel brand seeking an experienced freelance Technical Designer to develop detailed, factory-ready tech packs for cut-and-sew garments (initially 1–2 styles including tees or hoodies, with potential for ongoing work). The successful candidate will translate provided mockups and references into comprehensive production-ready tech packs, including measurement spec sheets with grading and tolerances, construction details (stitch types, seam finishes, reinforcements), fabric and trim specifications, and clear artwork placement guidelines suitable for OEM manufacturers.
Applicants must have proven experience creating tech packs for overseas production, a strong understanding of garment construction and production tolerances, and the ability to provide previous examples (sensitive information may be redacted). Please include your rate per tech pack and estimated turnaround time in your proposal.
