We are NOT redesigning the site.
We need a front-end WordPress developer to improve the visual presentation of our dynamic "Service + City" template pages while keeping all backend logic intact.
This is purely a styling and layout refinement project.
The backend structure, CPTs, page generation logic, and SEO engine are already built.

What Needs Improvement
We want to improve the presentation layer of dynamic pages such as:
/city/service/
/worcester/flooring/
/shrewsbury/flooring/
/shrewsbury/realtor/
Specifically:
1. Improve hero layout (clean spacing, better hierarchy)
2. Display business logo prominently using existing ACF field
3. Style and display a "Trusted Partner" badge (conditional if active)
4. Improve typography and layout hierarchy
5. Create a visually strong "Why This Business Is Trusted" section (pulling from ACF fields)
6. Improve the "Open Category / Apply" layout when no partner is active
7. Improve mobile layout and spacing
No backend logic changes.
No SEO changes.
No URL changes.
No page generation changes.
All work must respect the existing ACF + template structure.

Important Technical Requirements
You must:
• Be experienced with WordPress theme templates
• Be comfortable working with ACF Pro
• Understand dynamic template rendering
• Be comfortable editing PHP templates (if needed)
• Maintain all existing SEO logic
• Work on staging only
• Not modify CPT or page generation logic
