Write hooks and short scripts
Edit short-form videos
Design simple but effective ad creatives
Deliver finished assets ready to run
If you understand how to create content built around pain points, emotion, and aspiration, and you're influenced by creators like Alex Hormozi and Gary Vee, this role may be a great fit.
We are not looking for generic posts or AI-generated filler.
We want content that feels intentional, bold, and built to convert.
You will work directly with our founder and collaborate with our media buyer to create and refine paid and organic content.
This is a long-term part-time role (~20 hours/month).
Responsibilities:
Develop ad concepts and scroll-stopping hooks
Script short-form video ads and social content
Edit short-form video (Reels-style pacing and structure)
Create simple but compelling ad graphics and thumbnails
Produce finished paid ad creatives ready for upload
Create content variations for testing
Help shape ongoing creative direction
Required Skills
- Fluent English with excellent understanding of U.S. culture (Spanish also helpful)
- Strong experience creating converting content (not just aesthetic posts)
- Understanding of pain-point marketing, storytelling, direct response, and attention psychology
- Ability to create and edit short-form videos
- Ability to generate original ideas — no generic or AI-sounding content
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
