We're building a robust, multi-tenant SaaS web application and are looking for an experienced Figma designer to help create a high-fidelity, clickable prototype that maps out features, user flows, and overall UX.
This is not a simple landing page or static mockup. The product includes multiple user roles, dashboards, workflows, and gated onboarding flows. We already have detailed documentation outlining features and logic, and we need someone who can translate that into a polished, interactive Figma prototype that feels close to a real product.
What you'll be doing:
Design high-fidelity UI screens in Figma
Create clickable, navigable prototypes that simulate real user flows
Map complex workflows and role-based experiences
Collaborate closely with us to iterate and refine UX
Help organize and structure screens in a developer-friendly way
Requirements:
Strong experience designing SaaS or web applications in Figma
Proven ability to create clickable, interactive prototypes (not just static designs)
Solid understanding of UX, workflows, and product logic
Comfortable with back-and-forth collaboration and feedback
Able to work from detailed product documentation (Notion, Miro, etc.)
Nice to have:
Experience with multi-role or multi-tenant platforms
Product or startup experience
Familiarity with handoff to developers
Project Type:
Initial prototype with potential for ongoing collaboration
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: HTML5, JavaScript
Optional skills: GUI Design, CSS 3
