We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand and we're looking for a high-level Graphic Designer to create static image ads for Meta platforms. This is not a basic execution role where you simply design what you're told. We're looking for someone who understands how to stop the scroll instantly, build performance-driven creatives, and think beyond just design delivery.
Because we don't always have unlimited raw assets, part of this role requires being resourceful. This includes researching competitors and trends, sourcing or creating supporting visuals when needed, enhancing concepts with strong design decisions, and optionally using AI-generated assets where they make sense. At the same time, we're continuously producing more original content in-house.
Most importantly, we want a creative thinker who understands marketing. If an ad concept already exists but you believe it could perform better with a different hook, layout, messaging angle, or visual structure, we want you to speak up, propose improvements, and help test better ideas.
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing high-performing static image ads for Facebook and Instagram that feel native to the feed, modern, and conversion-focused. You'll be expected to understand visual hierarchy, attention-grabbing hooks, and how to communicate value quickly within a single frame. You'll work with both existing brand assets and newly created content, while collaborating closely with our marketing team to test, iterate, and scale winning creatives. While you'll follow our SOPs, you'll also have the freedom to bring your own creative input, ideas, and frameworks to the table.
We're looking for someone with experience designing static ads for Meta platforms who has a strong sense of what makes ads perform, not just what makes them look good. You should have a research-driven mindset, stay up to date with what's trending in e-commerce advertising, and feel comfortable giving creative input rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
Bonus points if you have experience using AI tools for image creation or enhancement, are familiar with DTC or e-commerce ad trends, and understand conversion-focused design principles.
