What is the opportunity?
As part of the Training & Development Strategy & Execution team, you will lead the charge in elevating project execution by centralizing oversight, aligning stakeholders, and institutionalizing robust project management processes. This strategic role ensures T&D is seamlessly integrated into enterprise-wide initiatives, driving alignment with organizational goals and fostering effective collaboration across teams. This dynamic opportunity requires proven experience managing large-scale initiatives and partnering closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise.
What will you do?
- Project Management & Oversight:
- Lead complex projects, managing scope, schedules, risks, and resources.
- Implement structured governance to eliminate silo-based management and provide transparency into all initiatives.
- Maintain project tracking via Asana and SharePoint, ensuring deliverables stay on track.
- Develop and maintain training plans in collaboration with internal subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment:
- Act as a liaison between partner teams, product owners, business units and senior leaders.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates to department stakeholders.
- Proactively address needs and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Communications & Reporting:
- Collaborate on communications, including Steering Committee presentations and project update reports.
- Oversee project metrics dashboards with Data & Insights teams to prevent information gaps.
- Document feedback and hot topics for project stakeholders.
What do you need to succeed?
- Must-Have:
- Project management experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, SharePoint)
- Exceptional communication and liaison abilities to align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and maintain training plans and project documentation.
- Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with financial services or wealth management (WMC) environments.
- Experience with pilot planning, user research, or rollout training strategies.
- Knowledge of RBC's go-to-market process

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67, $110,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
