How you'll make an impact
Join the team that ensures FCC employees have a safe and secure working environment.
As a Program Manager, you'll lead the enhancement of FCC's national Physical Security strategy. You'll be responsible for modernizing FCC's security posture and you'll apply deep subject‑matter expertise to ensure safe, inclusive and compliant workplaces across Canada.

What you'll do
Manage FCC's national Physical Security program
Strengthen facilities and personnel security programs
Support organizational risk management
Develop employee learning tools and support offices to manage risks to employee safety
Recommend strategic, technical and tactical actions to management
Recommend improvements based on best practices and stakeholder consultation
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to guide, troubleshoot and modernize interconnected office systems
Review and assess current processes and practices; identify and prioritize gaps; and develop actionable solutions
Support internal stakeholders in implementing improvements
What you'll bring to the team
Required qualifications
A bachelor's degree in commerce, administration or risk management
Minimum five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience in project management
Expertise in intrusion alarms, emergency alerts, access control, CCTV monitoring and integrated security operations
Experience as a technology architect
Knowledge of standard corporate software applications
Preferred qualifications
PMP or CAPM certification
Experience coaching and mentoring peers (informal leadership)
Security, Physical Security and Safety certification (for example PSP, CPP, etc.)
Bilingualism (English and French)
