À propos

We're looking for someone special to join our vibrant and award-winning global creative team: someone whose calling is to organize, communicate, and keep order with unusual passion.

The Creative Coordinator keeps Studio projects moving on time. The primary functions are to track work in progress, ensure the Studio and stakeholders meet milestone deadlines, and to knock down any obstacles in the way. In some cases, this person will own and manage creative development projects independently.

The Creative Coordinator is a partner to creatives, campaign creation managers (CCMs), and studio operations, helping to keep data clean in our project management software. This includes keeping an eye on team timesheets to ensure the hard work we're doing is quantified accurately, calling attention to discrepancies in project records, and reconciling planned and delivered levels of effort.

This role helps coordinate with vendors or agencies as needed and performs some light administrative work when called upon.

The ideal candidate brings project management experience, a creative streak, an in-house or agency background, exceptional communication habits, a quirky sense of humor, and radically positive energy.

Here's what we expect from you:

  • Track current projects in our project management software (Workfront) and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Represent the team when coordinating and communicating with our global stakeholders
  • Join and participate in brainstorms for new creative projects
  • Coordinate kickoff, pitch, and recurring meetings
  • Prepare accurate and detailed meeting documentation
  • Manage studio-specific projects as needed
  • Identify and implement process optimization opportunities; aid in reporting when necessary
  • Assist with administrative matters within the Creative Studio
  • Communicate key project data and status with studio traffic manager; escalate operations issues when appropriate
  • Communicate with CCMs to ensure data hygiene; make sure projects stay within allocated hours and rounds of review
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors as needed
  • Deliver and facilitate exceptional creative, stakeholder partnership, and operational discipline
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, even remotely
